Pediatric Sleep Program


The University of Utah Department of Pediatrics is seeking two physicians to join its faculty who are Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Sleep Medicine with an academic rank commensurate with experience.

POSITION #1 Medical Director/Administrator of the Pediatric Sleep Medicine

POSITION #2 Pediatric Sleep Medicine Physician

The Medical Director will develop and provide medical direction to a high quality, financially viable sleep program, as part of a collaborative effort between the Department of Pediatrics and Primary Children's Medical Center. This program will consist of a sleep laboratory with outpatient and inpatient consultation services for children with known or suspected sleep disorders.

Both physicians will participate in patient care activities including consultation, therapeutic management and interpretation of sleep studies for the wide variety of sleep disorders that affect children. The physicians will provide a comprehensive approach to sleep medicine with a focus on the behavioral, developmental, neurological and pulmonary issues that result in pediatric sleep disorders. There are multiple teaching and research opportunities in the Department of Pediatrics and at the University of Utah.
