- Collects air, surface (dust), water, soil, and food samples for environmental analyses.
- Records all applicable monitoring information.
- Retrieves long term sampling equipment and samples (e.g. 7-day air monitoring samples).
- May assist in preparing samples for storage or shipping.
Position requires an Associate’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Health Science or a related field, or equivalency. Some knowledge of environmental monitoring methods for various types of environmental agents is preferred. May be required to work non-traditional work hours.
