Works in the Call Center. Responsible for the phone interactions to:
- schedule appointments
- contact no-shows
- make reminder calls of upcoming appointments
- make reminder calls to collect self-administered questionnaires and specimens/samples
Scheduler must be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends. Must have good interpersonal and strong computer skills. Prior experience in customer service and ability to speak Spanish strongly preferred.
