Works closely with the Head Study Coordinator to manage, train, and oversee the field and clinic research staff data collection teams. Position will coordinate and perform responsibilities related to research participants including:
- recruiting subjects
- scheduling visits
- screening Study participants
- obtaining informed consent, and overseeing Study visits
- monitoring enrollment goals
- acting as liaison between the research support staff, physicians, participants and others associated with the Study
- coordinating interactions with Environmental Sampling Team
- overseeing Biological Samples Procurement Teams
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a health related field, biologic science, social science or related field, or equivalency; plus two years prior experience in data collection and management. Individuals should be experienced with field data collection and supervision of data collection staff and have strong computer skills. Preferences: ability to speak Spanish; Master's degree in a health related field; and prior experience in phlebotomy, preferably pediatric phlebotomy, or be willing to be trained.
