Spinach Salad

1 bag spinach leaves
1 bag spring mix lettuce
3 Granny Smith apples, chopped
½ bottle real bacon bits (or ½ lb cooked & crumbled bacon)
1 cup slivered or
sliced almonds (toasted make it better)
Dressing:
½ cup sugar
6 tablespoons
cider vinegar
2/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
Combine spinach, lettuce,
and apple. Add bacon and almonds. Blend dressing ingredients until sugar
is dissolved. Add dressing to salad
right before serving.
