Resources for staying resilient and maintaining well-being during the pandemic!

A few tips from Trinh Mai, LCSW, at the University of Utah Resiliency Center:

  • Prioritize health as you’re able (protective practices, exercise, sleep, eat well)
  • Take in the good as you’re able (spring flowers, connecting with loved ones at home and virtually, simplifying)
  • Focus on what you can control in the present
  • Consume news with intention (how much is needed? How much is depleting?)
